The hawk can be found in Iron Marches (50-60 area, although with a little effort I got him at 47) in the North East corner of the map, where Ebbin Heart Run has it's location. Next to the ruins is Grostogg's Kraal Waypoint. Walk into ogre's camp, cross it and walkout by the other gate, cross the river and there should be a tamable juvenile hawk, at least there was for me :)
