Complete Guide to PvP Reward Tracks

To reward players for their time and skill spent in PvP there are reward tracks that are implemented to provide players goals and rewards. These reward tracks will give players access to gear and gold as if they had spent their time in a dungeon, exploring a zone or being part of a new Living World event. With enough time spent in an individual track a player can see high-end gear being rewarded to them only for the effort of doing their usual PvP routines.

How to Unlock Reward Tracks

There are three distinct types of reward tracks in the game currently that each has different methods of unlocking them. Dungeon reward tracks require a player to go through the story mode of a dungeon in order to unlock its particular path. Region reward tracks start with Kryta and require a player to complete a track in order to unlock another. Finally the Special reward tracks are automatically unlocked as they are implemented into the game.

How to Get Rewards

To get rewards from a reward track you must first activate the particular track you want to follow. In your PvP window you will see a chest icon, on the left-hand side, that will take you to the reward track window. On this window you choose whichever path you want to progress on by click the “Activate” button on that particular path. Doing this will start to progress your reward meter through each of you PvP matches. It is important to note that you can only have one reward track activated at a time.

PvP Track Activation

After activating a track you will have to go through some PvP matches. Dependent on how well you do in a PvP match will determine how much progress you will gain in a track. This is in addition to the fact that the three types of PvP (Hot Join, Solo and Team Arena) will also determine how much progress you get on a track.

Hot Join Stats

Hot Join matches give the smallest amount of progress towards your track due to the nature of how quickly you can join a match. These matches also have a two level hard cap of progression you can get on a track per day.  To fully go through a single reward track, assuming you only win, it will take four days and eighty PvP matches.

Solo Arena StatsTeam Arena Stats

Arena matches provide a significant more progress per match compared to Hot Join matches. You can also get an unlimited amount of progress towards your reward track while doing Arena matches. To fully fill up a reward track, doing purely Solo Arenas and winning, will take roughly eighty matches. Alternatively doing purely Team Arenas will only take thirty two matches.
