I was over 2 gig into the download and logged off from Ventrillo. My download speed plummeted to almost 0. I reset my modem and then I couldn't log in to the GW2 beta forums. I tried resetting password and failed. I went to log into my GW1 game to reset my pass there and the launcher encountered an error and crashed. Tried loging in again and the launcher window disappeared and nothing happened...
Any thoughts?
Kaspersky is now denying the GW1 client from running for some reason.
That's really strange. My download is still going just fine (over 8 GB now). I would first think it was a problem with ArenaNet servers...but since it doesn't seem like all running downloads crashed, not sure what it could be. It would be odd to get hacked now...you wouldn't have any items worth selling since characters get wiped at the end of the weekend.

Okay..so I can run GW1 client with Kaspersky running it on its 'safe run' mode. I logged into GW1 and changed my pass. I was then able to log into GW2 forums but it shows GW2 as unavailabe for download...
just went back in and i can't log in again with my new pass..something is up...

Yea if yo contact Support now, you can probably get it fixed by beta time. Don't want to be locked out while we're all in there having fun!

It's up and running..login screen is beautiful.
I think it was just the servers getting hammered last night. Password may have been fine all along.
