Another large patch, just over 9600 files. They've also updated the client to provide news. 

I got the new patch this morning, but when i hit login i only get unable to connect. Also i don't see anything new with the launcher.

You can't connect because the game isn't released yet. The new thing about the launcher (maybe it happened last patch, but I've only just noticed it with this patch) is that it displays the latest GW2 news (I use the -image shortcut to patch my client, so maybe that's why).

They're coming out with patches thick and fast atm. Probably best for everyone to check for new patches at least once a day from now on!

I hope this patch fixes some of the bugs encountered last night..

Another 1500ish files are available to patch in. And yes sylvinstar, I hope so too! The leap skill teleport / death bug was especially frustrating. 

Yeah, I was working on a tough skill challenge with someone else and we had the NPC 3/4 down and suddenly I ported way far away.  One time I actually ported half the map away in WvW.
