First on my list this week is the second episode of GuildMags "Dynamically Spoken" podcast. They instantly win a recommendation from me for not opening their podcast with music that involves electric guitars or screaming. Podcasts are notoriously difficult to get right and keep the listeners entertained at the same time. I think GuildMag have all the foundations to achieve this and I'll be keeping track on it over the next few months to see how they get on. I might even ask if I can take part.
Next on the list is an article by Demajen where he points out 7 UI improvements that the last Beta weekend brought us. The main one for me has to be the new combo-field 'hearts'. Before this I never quite knew if I was causing one, now I'm actively looking for them and bringing them into my fights. A really excellent addition.
A short post over at The Vigilant caught my eye, simply because I'm sure we've all had intentions going into a beta weekend only to find them scuppered when one profession or another distracts your attention. I'd also like to add that I like the website; you all know I'm a sucker for things like that!
Talk Tyria have a post on how to transmute an item. I've heard a lot of people ask this so this guide should see you right.
My good friend Haiel has not one, but two PvP videos out from the last Beta weekend event. He's a really excellent thief and gets my vote simply because I'm in the first video. I'm going to see if I can convince him to stick with the in game sound for any future recording and see if he'll try his hand at commentary.
Before I forget, he also has a neat little blog post discussing the rewards of sPvP and their randomness. I do entirely agree with him. I lost count at the amount of heavy armour rewards I received, when I will never play a heavy armour based profession. Perhaps ArenaNet should implement a trade system.
Nerdy Bookahs have a video showing the day and night cycle of Guild Wars 2 filmed in Divinitys Reach. I'm not sure you would want to watch the full 30 minute footage, but several minutes gives you the idea. It looks lovely.
There's a useful little video from GW2Camp showing all the Guild emblems available. What's your favourite?
Over at GuildWars2Gossip, Ally (Kaysee) has posted a video of the top 4 Dynamic Events in the last Beta weekend. I found it really interesting to seewhich they'd picked and I think Ally has probably the best voice for narration I've ever heard.
Over at GW2WvW they have an "Epic PvP Beta weekend contest" ongoing, with a $100 Amazon gift card up for grabs to the winner. They also have an interesting article titled: Builds For Learning in sPvP. It's well worth a read.
Last on my list this week is a video from Guild Wars 2 Daily where WoodenPotatos ventures into the new dungeon in the Eternal Battlegrounds. You can find all his additional videos covering this new area at the bottom of his Youtube page. I have to say, the dungeon is probably the highlight of my beta weekend and is something I'm going to be covering a lot in my Diary Of feature. If you missed that, you can check it out here.

NecroBator + Thief footage = Awesomeness.
It's decent footage as well. In game sounds would be nice, and his build could use some improvements (Signet of malice would probably work better with fast hitting attacks like unload and pistol whip) and he really doesn't use the mobility thief has as much as I would, but other than that there's not much to complain about.
Are you a guardian? Let me introduce you to my Flesh Golem, he's getting a bit hungry.
@Yski
Thanks for the feedback!
The in-game sounds are missing due to me messing up and using an older version of Afterburner that did not record it, so I did not have much of a choice other than adding some music :)
As for my performance, the videos were recorded at the start of me playing those builds. As the weekend progressed, I altered the builds a bit and improved in playing them, sadly I was so into the Tourneys with Lewis that I forgot to record any of it.
All of these mistakes and failures will be corrected in the next BWE!
